I do travel, please choose that option when booking if you would prefer my traveling services. **Courtesy Rules** Please no kids or extra people unless they are also being serviced. If you are going to be late please send a courtesy text or call informing me that you will be late. If you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, your appointment will be canceled. A $35 late fee will be added if more than 15 minutes late. No exceptions. **Early hours (By request only)** All early morning appointments are an additional $25 (before 10AM) ** Availability is posted on a monthly basis** I am a certified NYC - based traveling makeup artist. Cancellation Policy
Should you wish to cancel appointment, please inform Faces by Shavon via email or text 48hrs prior to appointment. Deposits remain non-refundable. If cancelations are not done 48hrs prior to appointment or is canceled due to lateness there is a charge of 20% of appointment. Should you wish to reschedule, you may do so using rescheduling link at the bottom of original confirmation email. Cancellations made by Faces by Shavon due to circumstances including, but not limited to, problems affecting Faces by Shavon performance of her obligations where no other suitable alternative can be arranged, a full refund of the deposit will be given to the client. No further compensation will be offered.
